The Apollo stool has a height range of 550 to 730mm measured from the floor to the centre of the seat. It has an adjustable foot ring and a patented swing-round torso support which can be rotated 360 degrees around the seat. It also includes a ratchet system which allows the torso support to be easily moved across the seat.
The chair is fitted with a 580mm diameter beige star base specifically designed to maximise usable space in cramped environments, it also incorporates a 200mm chrome gas lift. The seat is upholstered in a tough health care vinyl finished in light blue.
These features provide a wide range of ergonomic possibilities to cater for the sometimes awkward positions the healthcare assistant may assume.
