Variable synchro tilt mechanism. It allows to lock the seat at a particular angle for a tailored seat position. It also enables to use a free float option with tension adjustment.

The chair is fully adjustable: the back rest features an adjustable lumbar support with adjustable intensity. Depth, height and width are adjustable by swivelling “soft touch” armpads.
